Step into a safe and creative space where theatre meets wellbeing. On Saturday 15 November, join us for a powerful evening that combines storytelling, film, and interactive improv to help us talk more openly about mental health.
The night begins with the Dubai premiere of the award-winning short film Still Here? – a moving exploration of hope in difficult times. From there, we’ll dive into an interactive session where you’ll discover how the principles of improv – listening fully, asking openly, and responding with empathy – can transform the way we approach sensitive conversations. No stage, no spotlight, just simple guided exercises you can try from your seat.
Together with an improv facilitator, lived experience voices, and a mental health professional, we’ll explore practical tools to break down stigma, build empathy, and make it easier to connect when it matters most.
This 90-minute event offers more than ideas – it offers lived experience, real conversations, and takeaway skills to help you feel more confident discussing mental health with compassion.
